 תאונת דרכים היא אירוע לא נעים אבל לפעמים יש צד חיובי. עברתי תאונת דרכים שלא אשמתי, נחבלתי בכמה מקומות אבל לא נפצעתי. אמבולנס פינה אותי לבית חולים ובאותו ערב שוחררתי. כשהגעתי הביתה בדיוק טלפן אלי חבר וספרתי לו על החויה הלא נעימה שעברתי. חברי  הוא עורך דין  והוא אמר לי שיש אפשרות לתבוע פיצוי מחברת ביטוח על הפינוי לבית חולים. הוא הוסיף שככל שארחיב בכאב ובטראומה שעברתי הסכום יגדל. התלבטתי האם מותר להפליג בתיאור הכאב?<br />
<strong>תשובה</strong><br />
שאלתי את הרב והוא אמר: חברת ביטוח מקבלת על עצמה מחויבויות השונות מדין תורה.<br />
 ולכן אם זה נכון וישנה התחייבות לפיצוי על כך שפונת לבית חולים מותר לך לגבות.<br />
כמובן שאסור לשקר ולהעצים את הכאב ולהוציא במרמה יותר כסף, מצד שני בוודאי שישנו כאב מהחבלה ואף שאתה מתגבר עליו מותר לדווח עליו.</p>
