<p dir="RTL">כאשר יש ויכוח בין אנשים על שכר, עליהם לברר את הדבר בפני בית הדין הרבני לממונות. אין אפשרות לענות על פניה של צד אחד ללא שמיעת הצד השני. לכן עליך לפנות יחד עם המעסיק לבית הדין לממונות בשדרות. בית הדין <strong>מתחשב</strong> בחוקי העבודה הנהוגים במדינה וכפי שנאמר במשנה &#8220;הכל כמנהג המדינה&#8221; [בבא מציעא פרק שביעי]. בית הדין יזמן את המעסיק לדיון ואם הוא יסרב לבוא אז יינתן אישור ללכת לבית משפט. במידה ושני הצדדים מנסחים <strong>יחד</strong> את השאלה והעובדות מוסכמות על שני הצדדים אזי ניתן לקבל חוות דעת הלכתית מבית הדין [אולם אין זה פסק דין מחייב]</p>
